Low stack NL weird lines bet flop x/r turn then x river

dear all,

it happens to me some guys donk me flop oop, then check raise turn and check blank river -

I am usually confused when ppls x/r turn we usually expect to have a river bet if the board texture does not change at all?

it s not like some guys x/r flop with Air and give up OTT. bet flop x/r turn is strong - why taking this line to check a Blank river?

I find out that I become afraid to thin value TP usually in those spots

any of you does it or understand the thinking process?
