This hand is from a 1/2 game. I've been in the game about 2 hours, sitting on about $220 when I get QQ UTG+2. Suits are unimportant. I haven't played many hands with either player, BB is maybe a little sticky, and I think UTG will make it very clear when he loves his hand, but no really noteworthy or rock solid reads on either. Both have between $300 and $400.

UTG Limps
I raise to $13 with QQ (stack is $220 to start)
BB calls
UTG calls
Pot: $36

Flop: 348
Checks to me and I bet $25
BB calls
UTG calls
Pot: $111

At this point I'm seeing sets everywhere. Even though its fairly normal for the pot size, in this game $25 is a fairly substantial bet.

Turn: 9 (board is rainbow)
BB checks
UTG bets $30
I raise to $65
BB calls
UTG calls
Pot: $306

I only have about $115 behind, but would have folded to a shove from either player, and planned to check behind on pretty much any river. That's probably terrible stack/pot strategy.

River: 10
BB shoves for $175
UTG instafolds

At this point, I'm totally lost. If he's so strong why didn't he check shove the turn? Does ANY bluff make sense here? Could he be doing something that makes no sense? Does he always have 67 or 1010? It feels wrong to fold a big overpair getting almost 4 to 1, but I can't think of anything I beat other than a total spazz bluff. BB doesn't move a muscle while I tank for about 4 mins...what should I have done?

Preflop is good. Flop ia good. Turn is an interesting spot but I kind of like it, given our stack size, as it allows us a chance to raise/fold. I probably go slightly bigger like $80 though, since I want to charge straight draws and pairs more.

River looks like he has 76 (straight), but he could also have a hand like TT or T8. There's a chance he might even have a weirdly played set. The only hand we really beat is JJ or a busted straight draw (unlikely), so I think we have to fold here.

Turn is where this hand goes awry. Raise/folding on this runout is pretty bad imo. Either just shove over the 30 leadout and go for max value, or flat it for some pot control/deception. I like flatting slightly better, but either is fine with me.

AP, seems like a really easy fold on the river. We need to win about 25% of the time, but other than 65 there really arent any possible bluff hands. Also, he would be bluffing into 2 players, both of whom showed tons of strength on the turn.
