This is just a math problem. You need 45/117 = 38.5% equity to call. Grab
Equilab or similar and see how tight his range has to be before you don't have 38.5%. This turns out to be top 9% { 88+,ATs+,KTs+,QJs,AJo+,KQo }, against which you have only 38%. So is he looser or tighter than that? Typically a random player rocking a ~30BB stack in a 1/2 game will be tighter than that, so fold.
For more of an intuitive grasp of what to do, it's useful to know that KQo and other hands of its ilk (KJo, etc) do surprisingly well against loose ranges and surprisingly badly against tight ranges.
Also, if you are viewed as a tight old guy, their response will not be to blast you with aggression, but to just always fold when you raise.
