well i was fully booked at Vdara last year until i decided to hand out gifts totaling $5k in local poker before the trip, so i stayed 2 nights instead to not lose my 1 night deposit and then moved to the true Palace

How about Irish/Pineapple, where you have 3 cards preflop and discard one on the flop? Also whenever someone folds, they HAVE to show their cards (all cards mucked face up) for maximum nit shaming.

Our room used to run this game (they called it Crazy Pineapple). It only went for about a month. Every time I looked over, it seemed half the table was all-in on the flop. I'm pretty sure it blew everyone's poker BR and took a lotta people out of the game for a while. Looks like a wild game!
