I'm a sometimes contributor who also played awhile in LA low and midstakes games and did pretty well, but am a decent to winning recreational player now and don't play regularly anymore.

I'm going to be driving cross-country and was planning to spend a few days in either the Denver or Albuquerque area. As it happens, both have quite a few casinos and poker rooms nearby.

I'm wondering if any LLSNL players in those areas might recommend any places with good games or any to avoid, or what the play is like there. Also, as a bonus, if either has a stud/8 game I would be intrigued.
