River is a 5 and I think for a few seconds, but decide I should go for some thin value and bet $40 pot into about $180 and he pretty quickly raises to $150.

So I tank a bit, then say, "I don't think you're ever bluffing here". Tank a bit more, and say, "I'm, like 100% certain you have 54". Tank a bit more and decide $110/480= ~20% is a call and finally toss in the call.

And then it happens...
