Hello everyone.

It was a home game situation, but we were confused which is the right decision. I think this situation can occur in real casino and what would be floor manager decision. Situation:
There are three players on the flop. First player bet, Second player call, Third player didn't do anything and dealer turns the turn card.
Should that turn card be burned, then we should have a Third played decision and get a new turn card?

3rd person hands are live , card must be used for turn, but at this point I would just ask original player politely for a check down after 3rd person makes a decision

it's in the rules somewhere. set aside the exposed card. let the action conclude on the flop. burn and turn what would have been the river. then shuffle the remainder of the deck plus all the burn cards & the exposed card. after turn action, cut and deal river.

House rules apply. I've seen where the exposed turn card is reshuffled back into the stub, then the turn is dealt, giving the chance that the exposed turn card can be redealt.
