This hand happened just when the session began not while ago. I have no read at the players, they didn't have read on me either. UTG, MP, CO all limp, I got AKo at the button, so I made it $25. All called.

Flop, AKQ r

utg instantly shipped his $200 stack, and got instantly called by MP with total $700. I started the hand with $500, what should I do?

It's a guess without reads lol. I probably call though. Just winning the sidepot against MP will get us to $550 so he's all we need to care about. People generally don't limp QQ+, especially with a limper in front. And JT has absolutely no reason to raise out anything else on the rainbow board. Looks to me like AJ or possibly AQ.

With 100 bb stack, and no reads on MP being a supernit, I think you gotta stick it in here.

If we give MP a range of QQ, KK, AA, AK, AQ, AJ, A10, KQ, J10, we have 56%

Given that it would be so unusual for villain to limp/call QQ, KK, AA in MP in multiway pot, plus we have 2 blockers to AA, KK. I think we can take those out. Now we have 60%.

If villains tighter and we think that he folds AJ, A10 to UTG's shove, we're 50%.

If villains looser and has AJ, A10, plus some weaker pair+gutters, like KJ, K10, QJ, Q10, we're way, way ahead.

So we're not folding.

The next decision is flat or shove. I actually don't mind either play, but in-game I just shove to get max value from weaker hands and because I hate life when a Q, J, 10 hits. Though, to be honest, villain should rarely be folding that last 300 in this huge pot when he's already put in 225 and there's

Edit: I don't think we even have to bother with UTG's range.
1)His shove is only 40 bb
2)No one is ever open shoving the nuts here

With no reads and $22 of dead money in the pot I'm making this $30-35 pre, probably $30 if my local room is not as loose. It's a minor change, but it can make quite a difference as a pot escalates.

On flop I am getting this in.

Thanks for your reply, I ended up shoving on the flop and ran into MP's flopped nuts. But I think I made the right play and this is just a cooler.

You still had 4 outs.

MP instacalling an open shove is a huge indicator of strength. What is he calling $200 with but folding to a reraise? Really he wants to avoid making someone fold if they would have called $200. Ideally he wants a reraise, which you did.
