2€/2€ live game, 4-handed (3 players left together prior to this hand making us shorthanded)

SB (TAG): Hasn't gotten out of line much.
BB (Very tight, doesn't bluff, playing a bit scared)
UTG: Tight passive, every time he donked the flop into the raiser it has been a mediocre top pair.
Hero (BTN): 160€ behind. My image is TAG, though I just showed down a bluff a couple of hands earlier. Had the goods for the rest or it didn't reach showdown.

Apart from the BB I don't have the impression that the two other players are aware of their image or of that of the other players. They seem to be concentrated on their own hands for the most parts.

limp, Hero raises to 10€ with AT on the BTN, SB and BB call, UTG calls as well.

Flop (pot 40€): J84

check, check, UTG donks into me for 22€. I raise to 70€ based on my read I have on his donk range. The blinds fold, UTG thinks for a bit and calls. Pretty sure he is sitting there with JX.

Turn (pot: 180€): Q

UTG goes all-in. He covers me, I have 80€ behind, which is the effective stack as he covers me slightly.

Pot is now: 260€. I have the nut flush draw and I picked up a gut shot to the straight. Based on the villain I think any ace is also good.

Getting slightly better than 3-1 I call.

Any advise on the line taken, bet sizes...etc. appreciated. Would a shove on the F have been better?

This is fine.

Problem with a shove is that most of your flop raises should be hands that beat mediocre top pair and therefore you should shove those as well which may not be the optimal way to play your range.

Turn you have double gutter and NFD so snippy snappy.

Given your read on his donk leads on the following with TPWK I would look to raise turns only with hands that beat those type of hands and just flat IP with your type of hand. But if you decide to raise I'd just get it in on the flop with an OB to really try to realize you FE.
As played call on the river seems OK vs his percieved range based on your read.

You have enough equity to call here, (20/46=43%)>(80/260=31%).
