Hello everyone, thank you for taking a look. Your input is greatly appreciated. I know I have been posting a lot of hands lately, and I apologize if it appears like I'm trying to spam. The truth is that I'm just in a tough spot at the moment and need to find out if my logic is horribly flawed. So if you think that I'm making horrible mistakes please don't hesitate to let me know. I rather take the abuse here than on the tables. So once again, thank you everyone for your honesty.

Hero (HJ) - 168. Playing LAG in position and TAG OOP.
V1 (SB) - 350. Tight player, not really too active mostly folding preflop and calling some bets here and there.
V2 (UTG) - 200. Jolly man who plays poker purely for fun and just makes regards about how he is more than willing to give it back. Range is super wide, tends to bet TPBK all the time. Limp calls Kx and Ax all the time.
V3 (MP) - 100. Casual young Asian player, on his third 100 buy in.

Pot is limped to V3 (MP) who makes it 8. I call in HJ with AT SB calls BB calls and UTG calls. Pot is 40.

Flop is 9TA. SB checks, BB makes it 20 UTG folds, MP calls and I jam for 160. SB re-jams for 342, UTG folds and MP jams for 92.

I figured there's 80 in the middle so its a good move to scoop that up and possibly get called by a draw.

Please give me your honest opinion on my line. Thank you.

marginal cold call preflop tbh. unless you hit a monster you can run into some ugly reverse implied odds situations.

as for the flop play, raising is fine, or calling is fine. both have pros and cons. but never folding. sorry if SB had a monster.

Everything here is standard. I would call with the ATs in position, but ggnoobs is right (there are reverse implied odds, so don't go crazy if the flop is A92, for example).

It looks good, against an assumed weak player and your chip stack AT is a reasonable call. Shoving flop is the correct play, if you ended up winning the hand do you decide to still post this hand?

I would still post the hand if I lost. I'm trying to figure out if I got the most value out of the hand and played it correctly regardless. Like I said in the original post I'm in a tough spot and I need to figure out if it's my logic or variance.

Vasha,

It's just that you've posted several hands that are super standard and have just been coolers. His point is that had you have won any/most of these hands, you wouldn't be posting the hands.

I see where you're coming from. I won the AA hand and lost both 2 pair hands to sets. Either way I'm still trying to learn and this seems to be the best place for that. So I apologize if it seems like I'm searching for standard info, just trying to get better. Thanks again for the input.

if you think all the hands he posted are coolers worthy of no discussion i would suggest you take a second look.
