***posting this friend from friends perspective, I'm personally villain 2 in this hand***
1/2 NL everyone in the hand is right around 100bb effective.
Hero - late on my 2nd buy in. Was previously seen betting 3 streets on an A high flop and losing to AQ (1 pair). Didn't show my hand. Also seen getting it in with a pair and a flush draw against top pair and missed. Just a losing image at this point although I did double up recently with AA against KK aipf.
Villain 1 - just got to the table recently. Mid 20s white make, Seems to be a good player but really no clue.
Villain 2 - friend of mine, white male mid 20s. Winning player who can make moves with draws and made hands. Can get out of line and spew if probed but seems just a little too call happy preflop today. Preflop calling range here should be a lot if AXs, 810s+ any pair up to JJ, A10+
PF - villain 1 opens in MP to $12, villain 2 calls, hero calls with Q10cc in the cutoff.
Flop - ($39) 8c10xQx - V1 checks. V2 bets $35, hero calls, V1 calls.
Turn - ($144) 8x, completing the rainbow board. V1 checks, V2 shoves all in for $150. Hero....?
*** I have my own opinion of this hand but will chime in later***

I prefer you raise flop, but as played call. It seems like the only hand you are behind here is J9 (why is your friend shoving here) and that's about it. He shouldn't be betting flop with a just a pair of 8s. If villain has an 8 here or a boat then get less fishy friends...heh.

V2 has taken the aggression from start is he pushing that turn with QA-J if so snap call he's made his flop bet ps to push turn? which stinks of strength. I still call thou unless you have a read of KK-AA. And if he has J9 your friends ask for half back on the way home lmao

Snap call. Villain has to be never playing Qx this way to make this a fold.

Hero has drastically underrepped his hand, making this an easy call.
Hero should have raised flop on such a connected board (he can rep draws). Hero has a losing image, which makes this a really easy raise on the flop (expect to get looked up by all Qx).

Anybody here like a raise/squeeze pre? I'm of two minds on this.
I have a really creepy feeling about where this is going on the turn. Maybe I shouldn't; we have blockers for just about anything. At the table, I would call, looking like a deer in the headlights, and would say, "I knew you had that," when BroJay tables 88.

so the consensus is that flat calling the flop bet is ok?

It seems V2 is attempting to maximize FE here by shoving. Hero made a hand and should call turn.

I also said raise flop. Not sure how that is a consensus. lol

lol, I just felt like the main mistake here was flatting the flop. ;-)

probably raise flop, although there are fewer bad turns than it appears.
turn is close, id probably fold if he likes to construct his flop bluff range to include bottom pairs on boards like this, otherwise call since youre at the top of your range. you dont beat any value jams on the turn, though, and only chop with 1 combo of QTs.
