Played about 2 rounds at the table so far. Table had been playing semi-loose with straddle being put on consistently with one guy doing a "blind $12 after the straddle"

Im on the straddle and look down at AQcc. 6 limpers I make it 56 from the straddle. 4 callers!?! I have 225 behind and pretty much cover all.

Flop AJ7ddx

You have < a pot sized bet with TPGK? What is the question?

Just seeing if there are any options other than shoving that anyone would choose here.

I'm tempted to jam pre, but your raise size is fine too I guess. Very easy jam on the flop and expect to lose some of the time.

Good Lord I'd say semi-loose is a minor understatement if you're getting 4 callers to a $56 raise in a 2/3 game (even with the straddle).

Play top pair like the nuts against these kinds of tables with mega-wide ranges and check/fold when you whiff on the flop. Easy shove given your stack size and pot size.

So there's like 6 limpers after the $12 blind raise? Lol, tough game, imo. And we're starting hand with $281?

Preflop, sounds like there's already ~$85 in the pot by the time it gets to us. Normally, I'd probably pop it to $100+ to whatever would make a nice PSB shove on the flop. However, even if our stack size was the effective stack size, that would still leave for a << PSB shove on the flop. Since it sounds like a lot of stacks are shorter, and table is crazy loose, I'd simply shove preflop. We're probably flipping against some hands while dominating others (and rarely getting our money in too bad), plus we have FE against some of the flipping hands, plus there's like huge dead money in the pot relative to our stack.

As played, we have TP2K in a pot with < PSB left against 4 opponents on a drawy board. Super easy shove here too, imo.

Shoving here is correct, anything else is FPS/bad.

With 4 callers and possible straight/flush draws you can't risk checking here and there is no possible bet but shove. It is probably not as much +EV as you would like, since no better hand folds and it will be very easy for somebody to have AK here but you might get some calls by worse and just taking this down on the flop is fine with the pot that bloated.

Cool thanks everyone, I appreciate the replies. I should have been clearer that the 12 wasn't on this hand. So shove PF probably wasn't an option. Correction also I noticed I messed up the flop it was actually AJ4dd. Doesn't change much though.

Anyways I shoved the flop and got called first old man (130ish) and other old man (same stack as me about) the other 2 callers folded. My stomach sunk as Kd hit the turn. River I don't remember. Fish old man 1 turns A9dd and wins main, fish old man 2 turns over 67dd and takes side.
