I don't know what to tell ya bud I ramble alot but there's definitely some thought starters in there somewhere.

By all means if you want to "call and play poker" as ATsai suggests go for it. It's simply not the best way to maximize your ranges value otb.

Btw I don't play 6max. I am currently crushing FR 10NL tho (lol), which is slightly tougher than live 2/5, imo.

I'm fine w the call pre we are so deep, if we had kq suited then I'd like a raise.

On the flip given how villain views you, I like a raise and barreling off most turns and rivers for value. Also then, if the river is a bad card we can check back.

I think you can use KQ os as an ip 3 bet hand for sure overall. Against the described villain I'd be more content to take flops in position (calling). You said he's "dangerous." If that's the case I'd probably want to use my position and keep the pot small pre.

I absolutely don't like raising the flop. Call and then call his double barrel pretty much always ott.
