KQ vs maniac - Did I miss river value?

1/2 charity room game.
Hero and Villian are both DEEP. V has H covered slightly with about $800+
V is a bit of a drunk maniac and it to H's direct right. I have seen him raise OOP with hands like Q5s.Loves almost any two cards. Is pretty straightforward, not may bluffs, but will overvalue hands.
In this hand, OMC limps from MP, maniac limps, hero raises to 15 with KQ, lady on button calls, OMC shoves for about 30, and everyone calls.
Flop = Q54 2 hearts.
Maniac leads for 90
H calls 90
Turn offsuit 2
M checks
Hero bets 150
M says "f-it I call" and calls
River 8s
M checks
We have about 300 behind. Do we shove or bet 150 for value or check behind with good showdown value?
I am putting M on a worse Q almost always because I know he is continuing with 2 pair+ after the flop.

So pot is $120 OTF, and M bets in to a dry side pot? I also call here
Turn "f-it" call is weak Q, 67, or HH, most of the time.
River is a v-bet, imo. I go small to induce and/or get a crying call and call a shove, though I'm not loving it even against a maniac. $75-100 "stupid-bet," imo.

I'm a little confused by the stacks. Shouldn't you have about $500 left if V slightly covers you with $800? I'd bet the river for about $200 assuming V doesn't have a c/r bluff in his range. I think we can assume any c/r bets TPGK. A 'straightforward' player would bet out if he hit a straight or two pair. We crush every Qx in his range since he would have been more excited about AQ on the turn. I also expect this V to fold all missed flushes.
Call is fine pre since V called before you. Even though OMC crushes our range, we should be ahead of V in position super deep.

you have about 500 left behind according to your stack sizes.
pre - 4! to 75 for dead money and to iso
river - bet 150 and collect easy money

Note that my idea above is assuming the $300 left as mentioned in OP. If we actually have $500 behind, I agree with the above, $150-200.
