The stuff I think he's more likely to have in his range here (that others may not) are hands like JThh, QJdd, 89cc... That sort of thing. There are a lot of other similar combos on a high rainbow board like this one.
OP never said he was good. In fact the C himself said he was tired and spewy and his recent behavior backs that up. So, assigning him your own range or raising is pointless. Calling this raise is asking to lose a big chunk with no showdown.
That's assuming your plan isn't to call him down for three streets.
