I'd be narrowing his continuation range before deciding how to play turn. If you discount AA from this range (because he 4bets), then you're ahead of all hands except JJ and 98/87s on the flop. That there's a J, 9 & 8 of
on the board, means you can reduce his flush draws to Ax and KQ. You might even be able to say he folds all Ax
's preflop except AK, AQ and A10, so really there are not as many flush combinations as you may have initially believed.
The other question you have to ask is how often is villain semi-bluffing turn if you check or mistakenly betting for value with QQ, AJ or QJ? If you believe he's betting for these reasons often, then c/c turn is okay, with a c/f on the river. If he checks behind on turn, then you can bet non-
, non-10 rivers for value and will often be called by worse.
