I'm going to come back in to say that even after saying that obviously kings is gii with no read you absolutely can fold or flat to set mine kings if you have a strong read. I have seen kings folded with $0 put in the pot before and been correct.

I've seen KK folded a lot in a satellite by good satellite players, but that's obviously a different scenario.
