Flop A K 4 rainbow. i bet $20. everyone calls.

EZ bet on turn. $130 pot, I would bet $50 and shove all rivers. (Stack sizes would help)

You could have gone a little bigger on the flop, 25~30.. but I get you were just betting small to look weaker.

I cannot imagine ever checking this turn

...or only betting 1/3 of pot on the flop, 1/2-2/3 pot would do much better

Need stack sizes.

We typically don't want 4 callers to a raise, so I'd do something different preflop (either raise more or limp/reraise).

Depending on stack sizes, I'd probably bet more on the flop.

Again, dependent on stack sizes, but typically always betting the turn to make sure we can get stacks in / get some money out of people who are on draws (and will pay to draw but not when they whiff).

theres 150 in pot already, prob making it anywhere between 50 and 70 to try to keep people interested

how are stacks between the 4 callers?

usually betting more otf... few @ 1/3 are gonna fold flopped TP to a half - 3/4 sized bet and most likely any value you're getting throughout the hand is coming from paired aces exclusively

Yea, we need stack sizes.

Flop bet is too small. On a K-high board, it might be okay. But on an A-high board, you absolutely must bet $30+.

In this spot, you should play your hand as if you know that at least one villain is holding an Ace in his hand. Absolutely never check the turn. Bet.

Reads? Stack sizes? Hero's image?

You need to provide way more information if you want good advice. Also, your flop bet is way too small, make it $40+, no one is going to fold an ace. Default on the turn should be to keep betting unless you have a strong reason not too, sizing is dependent on stack sizes.

all players had ~250. no reads. Only few hands into session. Players mostly passive.

stack sizes are super relevant. but 45-60 will set up a shove on any river.
