Not giving all the details to save time and focus on problem.

$1/$2 table
Hero is short stacked ($94)
Action table, lots of drinking and deep stacks.
3 limps, Hero next to act with K K,
Villain A (button) $900: raises to $16 out of turn, Hero then limps and makes action binding.
Villain B (big blind) $420: reraises to $36 (creative player but obviously has big hand) folds to hero

Hero Calls, Villain A calls

My read is pretty solid that both players will get in my remaining $58 post flop, and I would rather play 3 handed then 2, for more money in the pot & potential fold equity after I'm in.

On the flop I do get it all in and both players call.
By the river both those players are all in, Villain A hits flush A Q, Villain B says she had AA and mucks.

Lets start questioning my "logic"
So I was a 2:1 favorite against Villain A, however if I raised preflop I thought he would fold, but if I called, I figured he would be all in with me. Was pretty sure Villain B was not getting off her hand no matter what. It wasn't as much to assume as it might seem if you know the players.

So I had $94, he had $16 in, and I wanted the rest of his $78 in the pot.

Limps +3 all in's - rake = my main pot at $284

So for the rest of his $78 He has to pay 27.5% of the allin pot. (counting from my preflop decision) Lets say everyone was honest about their holdings and he had 9.4% equity in the pot.. does this make the flat the superior move? All I care about was I was 2:1 against him and he paid less to get into the pot. But I cant forget about fold equity and maybe (probably not) I can get away if the A flops.

And the hands he is sure to play here is a wider range then just AQ, so he would easily come in with 88+... this player maybe a little less, and as long as the board doesn't come AKQ he would stick with it... When I run through all the possibility's in my head I think that flatting here instead of raising is probably a little better in the long run. But I have been in these pots as the person with AA plenty and the other guy with KK just flats and wrecks my day.

Thoughts and comments please.

Snap shove over the $36. You have $96, letting them see a flop for free lets them fold their crap and call with anything with equity against you

Just shove pre....no need for FPS when short stacked in this spot.

Yeah I figured I was overthinking it, what about AA though? would you rather 2 drunken lagtards all in or 1 if you had the choice? I dont think I want Villain A getting away with only $16 dead money in the pot.

I know pot equity goes down the more hands in the pot, but not relative to the pot size correct?

Then there is always side pot wars to + our odds..

I think you are being greedy. We want less people in the pot, because then we have a greater chance of winning the pot. Placing second or third doesn't pay in poker. We are playing with <50 BB. If I have Aces, Kings, even queens I'm shoving pre-flop and I'm happy about it.

THere's a chance they both call if you shove. Obvious preflop shove.
