NWI Indiana NL 1/2
I'm at a lame table filled with OMCs on Sunday afternoon. There is a raffle giving away 700 bucks every 7 minutes so we're all killing time listening for our names. Sundays suck at Majestic Star.
Villain is a 65 yo OMC (literally, he drives coffee constantly) who plays lag. He's always on a roller coaster in these games. Stealing tons and getting stacked often throughout the year. He's got $100 or so and raises in MP to open the pot. He makes it 8 bucks. I know him. It's probably a suited connecter, maybe even a 3 gapper. He knows Hero and thinks Hero is a TAG whose bets always mean something. Additionally, this guy bets larger with JJ+ (he makes it 13--seriously).
Hero is in BB with K

It folds around to Hero. I close the action. SB folds too. Pot is now 11 bucks. My question is, heads up, am I ever right to just call his raise here? I reflexively 3B with JJ+. Should I change my thinking in heads up situations?
