I'm newish to the table. I've already lost a flopped set of 8s raised on the button. V1 and V2 limped. when V2 open shoved as a short stack ($45) flop with a flush draw and he hit. V1 in that hand called V2's shove and folded to my river bet showing an overpair (TT). Both are on the tight side from the limited action.

OTT: 1/2 NL. Myself and both players have about $250 behind.

Here opens to $12 UTG with red Kings.
V1 calls in cutoff
V2 calls on button.

Flop: $35ish AKQsss
There is a high hand promotion so I know any naked Js , Ts will call anything other than a huge overbet. There is a chance I'm already behind but unlikely. I bet out pot $35, both players snap call. Hmm. Their range could be As, Ax, 2 pair, made straight, Ts, Js. I presume a smaller flush will raise.

Turn: $140ish AKQsss Ah
This is where I'm at a loss. I just filled up and eliminated straights and flushes as worries, but AQ and unlikely AK got there. I have like $200 behind, shoving feels wrong as I have little idea where V's stand. So i bet $80 leaving a trivial river shove. Both snap call again. wtf

River: $380 AKQss Ah Jd
We all have about $120 remaining.
I'm confused at this point and just check. V1 insta-shoves. V2 tank calls.

Hero?

Comments on all streets welcome.

I like your plan up to the river, just make your trivial shove.

Nasty runout but shove river seems normal here

Yeah, don’t love the flop, turn or river but for $250 total I call this 3 ways probably every time. If you want the fold it, I wouldn’t hate the play.

You are giving 120 dollars to win 620 i think its a must call. You would probably get a tribet from cutoff and button if they had hands like A K or A Q .I think it is very likely one of them had A J or Ah 10s preflop.Either he rivered a straight with ace blocker or he rivered a better fullhouse,he probably had straight flush drow aswel on the flop to countinue with that ace.I cant really put second player on a hand.Maybe flopped straight with a straight flush draw aswel

Results. I tanked for a bit before calling. The fact that neither Vs by previous play and appearance seemed to be fish plus the snap nature of their play on such a wet board gave me serious pause. If either had flopped the straight or flush I suspect a raise would have happened on the flop.
Spoiler:

After showdown, their play made total sense and I think it's just a cooler but I probably should have folded the river. Its hard to consider folding that hand in a vacuum but the way the hand played out, if you think about it, we have the 4th best FH in a hand where no good player is going to jam money in with a straight, a flush, or Ax on that river.

V1 showed AxJs for the rivered FH win. V2 showed QQ.

Maybe I'm wrong here and I know the pot odds pretty much demand a call here... but really, how often are we good here? Like, ever? There has to be a lot of AQ/AJ/AK here. What are we hoping for by calling? A flush and a JJ/QQ from the villains? Straights are not in range with this board.

AA - 1
AK - 2
AQ - 6
AJ - 6
JTss -1

vs

QQ - 3
JJ - 3
J9ss - 1

I don't think there are any other flushes that can reasonably turn up here. If villains have 1/16 combos, we lose. To win we need 2/7 combos. The odds are way against us here. If you're going to make a hero fold, this is the board and action to do it on.
