Game: loose passive 100nl Charity game I play in every week, very familiar with players and they are familiar with me. One of the softest games I've ever played in regarding overall poker skill

Hero: Mid twenties TAG, somehow viewed as tight by a few players even though I open every few hands, my bluffs almost never get called because I do them rarely in decent spots or am usually able to muck which has lead most of the players to think I am tight.

Villain 1: ~50 year old guy who knows a lot about poker but just can't help himself from playing loose passive. Can bluff but it is rare and usually when it is checked to him. Plays draws passively for most part.

Villain 2: Irrelevant older gentleman

Hero is MP with KK and opens to 5bb
V1: Calls
Folds to BB V2 who calls

Flop (15.5 bb) T73
BB Checks
Hero bets 11.5bb
V1 Calls (Perceived range: Any pair, 89, maybe a gutshot he is slightly steamed)

Before V2 can call/fold dealer burns and turns 6
V1 and I alert her that V2 is still in the hand to which dealer says "ok V2 you can still call and this will be shuffled back into the deck" to which V1 replies "Only if he calls" and I instantly start weighing his range towards 89

V2 hmms and haws and folds, the 6 Stays

Hero?

Spoiler:
Turn (37bb) 6 Hero elects to bet 26bb against better judgment. V1 snap minraises and hero goes to turbomuck but begins to level himself given the strangeness of the misdeal and how villain percieves the situation

1) That card goes back into the deck regardless .. no 'just' if V2 calls. The River is put out face down and the deck is re-shuffled.

2) AP ... I pretty much shut down once I 'see' how V1 acts towards the 6 and maybe c/c depending on further reads. GL

a loose passive min raise + Vs verbalization he wants card to stay after flop blunder = not betting turn, not calling raise.

+1, this should all be done before V2 calls/folds/raises

Depending on what falls, if he bets the river, we should lean towards a fold. If he was short-stacked, the min-raise signifies a nutted hand. This deep, it feels like a raise designed to get to showdown cheaply.

Honestly I can't see it being anything other than 89 or a set knowing this villain but at the time I leveled myself into thinking he could do it with a heart draw like AJhh/AQhh/A7hh, thinking more closely I don't think he would though.

Spoiler:
I call turn after thinking for a while, river a complete brick. Check to V1 who starts into a speech about how I must have a good hand but there is no way I can call then bets 40bb, hero folds and wishes he had saved 26bb on turn

Was not sure of ruling on exposed card thank you for clarification, it should be shuffled back regardless?
