This is a small live game of 0.2/0.4
Hero is has been playing tight-aggressive but expands his range more in position against a generally loose aggressive table.
Villian is in almost every pot and tries to bluff often and thinks that any pair is good to raise with (even mid pair) in a multiway pot but is blindly aggressive
Hero is under the button holding KcJc and villian is SB.
2 limpers from mid and cutoff, and hero raises to 3 pounds. SB re raises to 6 pounds. Everyone folds and hero calls.
Flop: 4h 7c 9s
Villian raises 2 pounds and hero re raises to 5 and villian raises again to 10 pounds and hero calls.
Turn: 6c
Villian checks, hero raises 5 and villian shoves ~20 pounds (pot roughly 52 pounds)
Hero calls.
Is this correct play? What would you have done?

fold flop, if you are going to bluff-raise the flop raise to 10-12 ish, initially not 5 (looks weak, will not fold out hands, etc)
