K9s on the BTN unsure about my action

Hero: I've been very active at the table.
Partially because I've had good cards, and partially because some of the table doesn't seem very interested in defending their limps.
I'm up to about $450 after doubling up QQ vs AKs on a J high two flush board.
Preflop:
4 limps to hero on the BTN
Hero has K9dd.
The limpers are a mix of loose passive, tight passive, and 1 lagish player. None are likely to limp/rr but 1-2 of them will limp call with hands as strong as KK.
Should I raise, limp, or fold here?

I think all three of your options are open. You are deep enough to play speculative hands in position. If your image is tight, raising is better to get a looser image to get more action later.

raise imo, but i would fold K9o and fold K8s.
This is the bottom my Kxs range in this spot.

Depends on effective stacks with the Vs of various types. If we're deepish, esp against the l/c pre-LP post types, I'd usually overlimp with position. If the ones likely to call a raise are also weak/tight post, I'd raise and plan to take it down with a c-bet. If there are sticky Vs who aren't very deep and limp a strong range, I'd just fold it.

raise if a standard sized raise will get 1-2 callers raise to (12-17 with that many limpers at a 1-2 game would pribably be standard) if not just limp along
1 limper would be a snap raise

If you've been really active at the table (and people have noticed), I'm more inclined to limp especially if I'm not going to be facing a raise most likely.
I'd need 2pr+ to bet the flop. If nobody makes a move by the turn, then I'd bet.
If you weren't active, then I'd raise.
