4 ways, I'd check/fold. Q almost has to hit someone and they're not folding a Q. 2 of the 3 Villains are kinda nutty - one will blow up and the other likes to bluff. I wouldn't want to dig my heels in here with 2nd pair multiway, hence the check/fold.
This is not a good situation for a c-bet here. I would almost always just give up. The trivial effective stacks after the big raise gives you no room to maneuver and you have too many villains.
The only I would suggest is that if the table is sticky preflop, I will often just set mine with JJ/TT out of the blinds. If a big raise won't get you heads up, those hands are just to hard to play OOP.
