V1 is a crafty, good player. Previously was probably semi-addicted to online poker, based on what he's said. He knows what he's doing. His stack covers. He's a winning player at this table, but far from being a nit. Think a poor man's Daniel Negreneau.

V2 is a maniac. He has about $20. His manic tendencies are well-known and often discussed around the table.

As cards are dealt, a 10 is exposed.

I have two 10s in my hand in LP.

A bunch of players limp in, including V1 in MP and myself in LP. Then V2 shoves out of the blinds.

V2 could have any two cards here, literally, although mostly his range is something like any two pair and any two broadway, and maybe any Ace. But yeah, he could have a 2 and a 5. There's some method to his madness. He's smart away from the table ... but he could be playing any two cards.

V1 calls.

I do what?

If I call the pot would be over $60 and I'd have only about $40 left behind.

It's only $20 so I'd call. But realistically I say you're beat and knowing there's a 10 dead would make me want to fold.
