Caesers AC 1/2 NL

Great table, 5 really loose players, 1 nit, and villian(described later). I've been playing here for about 5 hours at this point.

Hero's image is that of a good lag player. I've been raising preflop about 30% of the time. My c-bet percentage was only about 60% due to not putting money in when i felt my opponents were strong, as some of these guys were complete tellboxes and there were usually 3 callers each time. I've shown 3-4 big bluffs(3 barrels, postflop raises, 3 bet/cbet) for advertisement. It seemed to work because I was getting paid disproportionately more than anyone else at the table. I called down 25/60/135$ bets on a 6892j board with 56 which was indeed the best hand and all the players saw the showdown (v had QcTc). To put it simply momentum was on my side.

Villian is a conservative jewish man in his mid 30's, wears a yamaka but is actually a pretty cool guy contrary to what one might expect of an ultra religious person. He is a Lag as well, raising about 25% of the time preflop but his cbet was close to 90%. He limped alot and would usually call a 12$ when he did. He had balls and was clearly here to play. Was also capable of big bluffs and didn't like to fold postflop. in particular, he had a high donk bet % on the turn, maybe an adjustment. History is as follows:

-(120bb eff. stacks) 4 limps including villian to hero on CO with QQ. I raise to 15, 3 callers including villian. flop is 8h9h5s, villian bets 35$, I raise to 85$ , villian shoves. Hero tank calls and villian shows Qh7h and turns a flush. Hero rebuys.

-(200bb eff. stacks) weak tellbox raises UTG+2 to 10$, 2 callers including villian, Hero has 77 on BTN and 3-bets to 35$. UTG+2 folds, other guy and villian call. flop is 4c4h6c. 2 checks to me and I bet 50$. other guy folds, villian calls. turn is 9d. villian donk bets 110$. Hero tank calls planning to call all non club rivers and fold otherwise. river is 7c. villian shoves hero snaps. villian shows AcKc and is now on tilt.

About 45 minutes later, this happens:

Folds to villian(300bb) in CO who limps. Hero(450bb) is BTN with Ks7s. I raise to 11$. blinds fold and villian calls. The flop is KcJh7h. villian checks, I bet 15$. He calls. The turn is the Ah. Villian bets 30$ , Hero Raises to 100$, villian tank calls. The river is the Kh. Villian snap shoves. Hero?

lol, what a table, sounds like fun
i think you put in too much history/hands, might lead to discussing these instead of the hand in question.
well, as to the hand in question:
hero obv snapped, don´t lie to yourself... sorry you lost that time. and so sick losing against a royal too

I will post results later. I feel that it was a very close call and would like to hear arguments from both sides of the fence. This player doesn't need the nuts to shove the river. He's bombed the river with bluffs,TPGK which is basically a bluff, and better. I feel he's tighter than usual in this spot but just how tight?

i dont have a problem playing this hand pre other than the raise could be bigger(15 at least). bet more otf. dont really like the raise ott. was it for value or did you feel you have alot of fold equity as a bluff?

river is an easy call imo. even against the ridiculous overjam. only hand that beats you is q10hh. there are plenty of Ax, Kx, and q10xx hands that you crush. the l/c call pre, flat flop, b/c turn, and river jam just looks like a weird line.

also, next time op, please keep stack sizes and bets in dollar amounts please. assuming you and v are relatively deep at 900 and 600?

ott raise was made because i expected villian to possibly fold some better two pair hands, and i know hes calling with combo draws or sometimes a better hand than mine. unless he has a really strong hand, he will likely check the river since i have the lead.

from what i've seen from this guy, if i call the 30 hes going to bet at least 100 on the river, for a total price of 130$ to get to show down. my 100$ raise saved me 30$ in most situations.

Lovely hand, I'd convince myself he held QhJx and call.

LAGs never have AK/KJ here, LAGs raise KJ preflop in the CO with no one acting. LDO call.
