Integrity check: I see my opponent hole cards! What to do? Integrity check: I see my opponent hole cards! What to do?

I'm currently playing in a 2/5 game. I have the biggest fish to my right. I can see virtually all his hole cards. I've played with him on my right before and gave him the courtesy of letting him know I can see his hands. He thank me and started making funny comments how that explains how he always loses. Players to his left or right always call his bluffs and he's overall a huge loser. He wasn't a bit fazed. I made him aware and started to protect his hand. I believe in playing a fair game despite this being a game of information. I feel I shouldn't have to give him multiple warnings just because I'm a nice guy. I believe other players have taken advantage of his huge leak for a very long time. I'm not straining to see his cards, simply glancing right. Sometimes his wrist blocks the view and other times he flips them straight up. I try to keep my eyes forward but hey, I'm suppose to look to my left and right!

Just looking for your opinions or basically the all clear! I know it's all up to what I live with, what's right and wrong. Then again, this is a game. A game the requires a strategy to use with the information we're provided. Hole cards are the holy grail of information.

Thoughts please! This game is currently in action! !

IF it's an old person or someone who has trouble for some reason then I'll let them know. I won't lean over to catch it or anything. If it's just some dude not protecting his cards, it's fair game.

I recently played with someone who told me I was lifting my cards high enough for her to tell the suit. I thanked her, especially because she also kept informing me of the action of seat 9 while I was in seat 1, blocked of sight by the dealer. All depends what type of person you are. I used to try to exploit it but stopped after the plan backfired when I thought I saw something that wasn't. I'm not above keeping a secret from someone I loathe, however. If some imbecile with the manners of your ex's PTSD afflicted tabby is forgetting the backsides of cards look the same for a reason, then steal his gambling rounds. If a person seems decent, consider the karma.

Spoiler:
When it comes to cheating, do it the old fashioned way by strengthening your reads and shaping your image.

Not a strategy question, so not for this forum. It could go in Live Casino Poker, but they've had this thread a million times, so I'll just lock it.

Cliffs: It's controversial. My personal feeling is that I give one warning, and then consider my conscience salved.
