2/5 MS

V1: ($1400) Tough regular at 2/5. Solid but on the aggressive side. Seen him fire multiple barrels with air, but also bets his value hands strong so balances well.

V2: ($575) Relative unknown, MAWG. Only seen him play a few hands so far.

Hero: (covers) regular, may have an aggressive image. Only shown hand at table thus far was hand where Hero got $600 in pre with Ak against AQ and lost.

Hand:
Hero straddles on button for $10. BB calls, V1 opens from MP to $50. V2 calls, CO calls. Hero on button has QcQs and makes it $200. BB folds, V1 thinks for a minute and makes it $510. V2 goes all in for $575, CO folds. Back to hero.

Best move here?

Snap fold. Particularly because of V2.

i think shoving is good if there's a chance that he could be 4 betting light considering his image. in my experience v2 who just calls then shoves just has ak or some medium pair a lot, but i could be wrong.

how did v1 react to v2's shove?

if v1 folds to your shove you're basically putting in 375 to win like 1500 vs v2 you could easily be flipping with or have him crushed. sometimes he has aa or kk and even then you're even ev

Ok so important note what's max buy in at this game?

Also range the Villain 1 for us is he opening middle position AJ+ ? A10+? Wider? Tighter?

Then most 4 bets represent only AA KK AK(occasionally) at LLSNL, is it possible he is wider then that? It obvious helps if you can find any live read on what his comfort level is.

If you can answer all those questions you should be able figure out what was best. If you are still unsure, is JJ in his range is AQ in his range, 99% of the time that answer is no. fold act like you were trying to steal and got caught and get more info on your villain when he tables his hand

Max but in is largest stack, so around $3k. His opening range is very wide, and includes suited connectors. I'm not really sure what his 4 bet range is. it could be as wide as AQ suited, but not every time. It is certainly wider than KK+.

Could be that he is bombing it back because button straddles tend to make wider raises. Sure. But are you really wanting to get QQ in preflop vs two villians? Is betting not going to be opened back up to V1? If he shoves you're going to have to call right? I fold because best case scenario it seems to me is pretty much a coin flip. I'm not one for $1400 coin flips.. Much less that being the best case scenario.

Betting would not be opened up for V1 because V2's shove isn't a full raise. So calling is a possibility. Would leave behind stacks of just about $800 behind with a pot of $1800.

^Still feel like is a shove/fold scenario. Even if the flop comes up ragged and he shoves. What's changed? More times than not nothing has. You're still wondering if he has KK+
I fold flop. #supernit
