More a rhetorical question but yeah obviously I changed tables. Next one was almost as bad though. I just keep changing tables when they're terrible.

OP don't reread Super System. What a waste of time that would be. There are many modern books that would be far more helpful to you.

I'd love to give some a read if you have any suggestions. I remember super system being a pretty quick read, especially if I skipped through intro, non- Holdem sections and that whole starting hands/ reading boards part. I just remember him going a little bit into creating an image and changing gears, using aggression to pick up small pots to pay for the edges he would be giving up in other hands. And as a result, getting paid when he has way the best of it, sort of relevant to this thread in a way. But your right, most of that book is probably not relevant and a waste of time at this point in hold'em strategy and I'm sure there better books to read. Any recent favorites?
