yeah your overall c-bet pct should hover around 60. that includes obviously when you've actually made a hand, so I guess i'm not referring specifically to c-bets but all bets after the flop when you are the original raiser...most hand histories of good players I've studied range between 55 and 60

most players who are breakeven or better are going to hover around this number in the long run, so OP might be c-betting too much. you don't have to win every pot you open

Q53 is a dream board to cbet with all air because they'll miss it a ton and just auto fold. Here we have a BDFD, BDSD and an over card. Not cbetting this board is just throwing money away. Might as well just automuck ATs pre if we're not firing on this board

My advice is to get a x/calling range OTT. There should be plenty of situations you cbet that can x/call the turn. Some draws, TP, MP type hands that are only worth 2 streets, some players that you are trying to induce to bluff with their whole weak range, etc.

I usually bet those myself if I'm going to continue with them. If I check, I'm very uncomfortable check/calling >30% psb ott.

Well, I mean, a lot of times your equity with those hands is greater than 30%, and given the way most opponents size their bets, you can usually peel one and see a river. OTR, they will usual tell you if you are beat.

Also, note that I specifically did not say "hands", I said "situations" in my last post. Some of the mentioned "hands" may provide you with good "situations" to x/call vs certain opponents (in that they will get more value than a bet/fold line vs that opponent in that situation).
