Hi guys,
I'm looking for your opinion on my squeeze play (pretty sure this is a squeeze play) I made yesterday at 1/2. But more importantly, I wanted to share this post to confirm the generally soft games at live low stakes nl in sydney and how I shouldnot have been allowed to get away with such an obv play. Enjoy.

1.30pm
Sunday
$1/$2
Sydney, Australia

V1 / UTG / $1000
40s reg. Likes to play fancy pre flop. Seen him raise pre-flop 10x with 78s, 8x with 33, limp in with JJ etc. Post flop, plays straightforward majority of the time except when he bluffs (rare) in which case he can get it in really bad. Like K high on A high rainbow board vs short stack and me. I folded, ss had A high but V hit runner runner to make flush bad.

V2 / UTG+2 / 400
30s fish. biggest leak is calling pf upto 25x and folding to cbet bad. doesn't consider opponents range, only looks at his holding type player

V3 UTG+3 / 300
mid-40s rec female. plays straightforward, passive. bet/raise = strength

Hero BTN / 250
20s - viewed as "these young ones" by V1 who thinks I play aggro because I am young/look young. I have been playing tight for the past 3 hours but some fun banter between me and V1 has prob caused him to view me as whatever he wants to.

PF:
Hero is dealt: XX

V1 straddles to $5.
About 4 callers inc the villains.
Hero raises to 40.

V1 calls.
V2 announces "let's get him" and calls.
V3 calls.

Flop
~$170
A107

V1 checks.
V2 checks.
V3 checks.
Hero tanks hard, eyes locked in at pot and flop, grabs 100 black chip, announces "fifty-five" and throws it in.

V1 insta-fold
V2 insta-fold.
V3 tanks for 40 secs. Says "okay, show us the set" and folds.

Thoughts on bet size as a bluff in order to take it down on flop??

Also, what range would you assign to the villains??

Hero turns over:
Spoiler:
59

V1 - "I knew it! I should've shoved preflop. I knew you had nothing. I had a pocket pair, I could beat the 10 but not the Ace".

Thanks.

This looks mostly okay. I'd like it better given a few things:

We are deeper so we can add fold equity on later streets and can potentially double barrel.

We have a hand with actual equity.

When you raise junk like 59o your almost always depending on your FE. I would reccomend hands like SC S1G and Axs Kxs hands for some blocker/flop equity potential.

Furthermore you might want to consider of they view you as laggy or FOS they may call you down light and your losing FE in that case.

Flop cbet is kinda iffy.

Against 3 Vs with practically no equity and a super small SPR I don't know if I love it.

Its not a horrible board to Cbet as you can rep Ax here a lot but there are some pairs/straight draws in V ranges.

The ranges probably mostly consist of SCs small mid PPs and some suited broadways or even Axs

Your sizing is good however since if they whiffed they won't put up a fight and you can take a small low-risk stab.

Spewy play.

You're lucky they sucked.

Play good poker and avoid the cool stories.
