How to think about Hand Rang

Hey 2 plus 2 Community.
I know there are a lot of good player on here.
So i wanted to ask how some of you structure your opponents hand range in your head say at a live 1/3 game. And how you make Decisions against those opponents range.
Are those Decisions based on how many hand you beat in his range or how many hands beat you.
I would love to hear from you guys
