How thin is too thin? How thin is too thin?

Friday night at my local card room. 1/2 NL.

Hero (~ $400) had been very quiet for a while, but has recently been opening a larger range as the table has been fit or fold. Been opening to $12 regardless of limpers in front of me and have been getting 0 - 2 callers. Previously showed down KK after raising in early position and pocket 5's after raising from the cutoff. White dude in 20's, has been sipping on a beer but not intoxicated.

Villain 1 (~ $350) arrived with a buddy, has been playing pretty tight pre flop. Doubled up with AA preflop. Is drinking a beer but has been milking it. His buddy made what the table thought was a difficult fold with 2 pair on a 3 to straight flush board. Not sure if these guys are on the same playing level.

Villain 2 (~ $60) $seems to be a gambler but otherwise very little information.

2 players limp to hero.
Hero raises to $12 in MP with QK
Villain 1 to my direct left calls
Villain 2 to his direct left calls
Both limpers call

FLOP: ($63)
10Q7
Checks to hero who bets $45
Villain 1 calls
Villain 2 is all in for $48
hero calls
Villain 1 calls

TURN: ($207)
5::

Hero tanks and checks
Villain tanks and checks

RIVER:
K

Hero....?

This is an incredibly standard value bet imo.

All sorts of two pair that he will call with here.
Sometimes he has a flush but then lol oh well.

I'd likely go $65 - $80.

Ya bet fold here is pretty standard... 70 seems fine

If op's read is correct that villain plays tight, then i don't see many 2p's there

I still b/f but probably smaller... like =< $50

Don't think this is thin at all. He can have some 2ps (even if he is tight PF). Plus he can have hands like KJ which he likely calls with. Even if the range of hands you bear that call is fairly narrow I think you are rarely behind here.

Easy b/f. I bet a little bigger than people have suggested so far. Around $200 in the pot. Betting in the $100 range.

Easy bet/fold on river with top 2 pairs. I'd probably bet small like 40% pot ($80), due to the fact that the main pot is locked and thus villain is less likely to call a river bet, but I think that check/folding the river is far too nitty and check/calling the river is far too passive.
