How to play as favorite but on a draw

It's a general question, but will include a specific hand.
1/1 NL ($100 max BI)
I'm sitting on about $200 in BB with Ac4c. I cover guy on the button who raises to $3 (lol) after several limps so I flat. Amazingly the other 2 limps fold. He has been raising very small and very light quite a bit. Usually it folds out nobody, otherwise, I would have 3-bet here.
Flop comes 3c5c6d. I'm either behind Ax and have 15 outs to the virtual nuts or I'm behind some mid PP and I've got 18 outs. Or I'm ahead of non-ace broadway. Either way, I'm a favorite, but my chances go down dramatically if I whiff the turn and my ability to get implied odds go down if I hit.
How in general do you play this hand?

You have 200$ but what does he have ... ?
Raise get it in all day long. He's folding all of his overpairs at some point in the hand.

We bet whatever we are willing to call. That's what we do.

you have to realize that the currently best hand doesnīt need to be the hand which is most likely to win the pot by showdown; once you realize that a big draw can be the mathematical favourite over a big hand, you hopefully will stop to think in absolute hand strength (e.g. pair vs A high) but in terms of equity.
as a basic rule, we usually want as much money going in as possible on the street where our equity to win the hand is best.
i donīt know whether you play PLO or not, but there are situations where a big draw can be the huge favourite over the flopped nuts, like 75% to 25%; in this case, you actually donīt want the made hand to fold but get it in with you since you are in such a strong position to win the hand although you basically only have J high vs a made str8 or whatever, try to find some examples yourself etc...
i hope you get the point though that you should think in equities.

Why do you "lol" Villain's raise? It looks to me like it worked perfectly: punished a few limpers and put some chips in the pot in case he flopped a big hand. This is a great move with basically any non-premium holding. Not every preflop raise has to be a huge iso raise to be effective
