PF- I don't mind the 7 open, the biggest factor to me is that you are opening the same with all your hands. A standard amount+ more per limp + more if you are raising from a blind.
Flop- As said, don't check raise and overrep your hand deep out of position. When someone looks irritated and 3bets a flop... they aren't really irritated, my dude.
Turn- Run away.
River- As played, I'm holding my nose and calling, but I'm never putting myself here so idk/
