How to improve my game How to improve my game

Hello, I need help with my poker games and I've heard great things about this forum. I'm also thinking about playing poker more seriously. Btw, I play live low limit stake 2-20 spread, 2-40 spread, 2-100 spread, 1-3 NL.

I used to be really tight predictable players that's why I was losing because nobody would pay me off with my tight image. I also had leaks that further bled my chips.

Recently, I watched live at the bike and it changed my game completely. Now, my table image is completely the opposite. I am a wild player, never limp, could 3 barrel bluff with jack high, blow up the pot every time I'm in.

Now, with this strategy, I win big pots and I also lose big pots. My hands value go way up for example, I have own big pots with ace high against people who were drawing, etc.

The problem is, my hand reading skill is bad. When I played with my old image it was a lot easier to read people because they knew I wasn't messing around. I had big hands every time I'm in the pot, so if they raised my reraised I knew they had the nuts.

Now, with my wild image, it's harder for me to put them in hands because some players don't believe me and make plays on me.

I hear about level 1,2,3,4,5 thinking, but in general, I know my hand reading ability has gone down. And also it is more difficult to play this way because I open much wider than my regular "just the nuts" hands.

Would you please suggest some materials or even expert advise on how to fix my 2 problems:
1. Hand reading / analysis pre-post flop
2. Also, how do I know when to blow up the pot and when not to?

I seriously need help because I'm too wild in my opinion, I cannot limp, which is good, I guess, but I'm more vulnerable to people making plays on me.

Please help. I desperately need help. Thanks so much all

Read the stickies and links at the top of the forum page.

I'm going to lock this thread because the questions are far to broad to be answered in one thread. I'm going to guess that your main leak was that you overvalued TP or an OP. Now you're just spewing. Go back to playing tighter and start posting hands that caused you problems.

There's a lot of gold in regards to understanding the basics-mediums here, OP: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/32...thread-340027/

Once all of this makes sense, we can probably help you with more specific questions.
