$1-$2 NL Cash Game

Reads:
UTG+1 = $97. Tight-Straightforward. He check-folds when he misses and bet-calls when he hits.
BTN = $400 - Loose-Passive. He loves to see flops and calls lightly.
Hero = $400 - I should be seen as Tight-Aggressive.

UTG+1 limps
Hero raises to $12 with KQ in MP.
BTN calls. UTG+1 calls.
3 players
Pot = $39

Flop: JT4

UTG+1 bets $15. Hero ??

Range =
I have played with UTG+1 regularly. He always has at least Top Pair here.
He is never bluffing with a draw. He will never fold his hand now with his short stack. He has $70 behind.

I probably have a lot of outs, so I want to play on.
But what do I do about the third player? Ignore him and just call? Raise now to knock him out? Does it matter?

Please advise.

Just call if UTG+1 is never folding because a lot of his jacks have your potential top pair K or Q counterfeited

Plus our range isn't really hurt much by BTN seeing a cheap turn anyway

You have about 8 outs and that would put you around 20% equity maybe less depending on what the other player has.

If you’re going to play this hand I’m just calling and hoping villain 2 comes along for greater implied odds.

Just call. Why do you want to knock the 3rd player out with an OESD? You want as many people to call as possible.

Only start worrying if the short stack shoves and UTG+1 flats.

Easy call as we need not be 'scared' of 1 remaining V having the flush draw. I'm hoping for 3rs player to call.
Rake is $5 where I play on a $39 pot: 3 to house & 2 BBJ so $34 in pot, $62 [2 more raked] if 3rd player folds. $77 if he doesnt.

I would be concerned with utg having KJs QJs, so I wouldn't get excited if I turned top pair.

Calling the turn bet HU vs utg when we miss is probably bad due to fact he is so short & will probably make it a big bet

We can potentially clean up a lot of outs by knocking the third player out.
The Flush Draw can't profitably cold call is we raise large.
And even getting KT/QT to fold adds to our chances of winning the pot.

No rake in Oregon poker rooms.
The house never takes a dime from any pot.

huh?

this is a call all day every day. who cares about the button? if you or the button raise the flop, the short stack is shoving over either one of you. so if you just flat, let the button come along, gives you a much better price. if he calls with a 4 and binks a 4 on the turn, that is just poker.

super easy call, you would be happy if the dude behind calls along, just gives you more money when you hit. Tight straightforward loses his whole stack any time you hit, so you just call flop call basically any turn except a J, and fold or call (with a Q or K) or jam (straight/flush) based on if you hit.

why wouldn't a flush draw cold call? it's going to be a 3 way pot in all likelihood. And you block a moderate amount of flush combos with the Kd
