Anticipate probable squeeze spots and plan ahead to counter them. For example, if you're dealt AK UTG with V OTB and know that a smallish raise has a good chance of getting many callers, you easily 4-bet. On the other hand, if V is to your left and you have a premium, consider flatting a 2-bet and then 4-bet with all of the dead money in the pot.

Above covers baseline adjustments to a tee, but keep in mind you can do well redefining your ranges themselves - 77 becomes a 4! for value, etc.

IME, the relatively shallow nature of most 2/5 games, in addition to the low-frequency of profitable opportunities to exploit a habitual squeezer, tends to marginalize our leveling counterstrat in practice. Unless it's truly having an impact on your ability to play your game profitably, I'd stick with tried and true ABC approaches to dealing with wide ranges, paying close attention to whether dealing with a strong LAG or LAGtard ... And make minor adjustments as needed. 4! 77 for value in live poker just ain't the same.
