home game 9 handed

Hero(covers both V's) Host, one of the better players in the game. running extremely bad tonight. got money in good multiple times against weak players only to have them hit their outs every time

V1(~50BB) Bad player, makes poor bluffs does not recognize relative hand strength, calls pf too much and folds the flop, normally very passive.

V2(~70BB) not very good either, calls pf and donks with air or weak hands, check raises all-in when he has the nuts, even if it's a massive overbet. does not understand value-betting or board texture etc.

Hand

2 limps to hero UTG+3 who picks up AA and raises to 5bb

V1 calls behind hero

2 other callers

V2 calls in BB

Flop (~25bb) KJT

2 Checks to hero who bets 15bb

V1 shoves for 45bb

folds to V2 who calls leaving ~15bb behind

action on hero?

Why was the raise only 5 bb? I would've made that raise higher probably 6-8 bbs.

As played in a standard game I would fold. Against an all in and a call, I think I am playing against at least two pair and an up and down so one of your outs are definitely gone. V2 might not recognize hand strength but is he going to call an all in with just top pair? And I am also alarmed that the passive V1 player shoved.

I don't like it. I think you're behind here and are hoping for a counterfeit or one of the queens to fall down. I think another ace doesn't help you.
