First off, if I was at this table, I'm telling you straight up, and I mean no offense, but you'd be just as much my target as any of these other players you, yourself, categorize as scrubs. What I'm saying is, you should relax on **severely underestimating all of your opponents**, and using not-so-wide of a brush with their perceived tendancies.
With that said, flatting in mid position with AQ os is inferior to a **smallish** 3-bet to iso the mark in early position. Of course, you have to be somewhat proficient with your postflop play and reads...if you aren't there yet, then **fold the AQ os**. It's early on the game. There will be better spots against these guys.
But, as played, you have a mousey (?), weak-sauce guy leading into 3 other players first to act. It should be very easy to put the guy on QJ here...besides that, get into the habit of taking your time, and looking for **physical tells**. These low-level guys, their eyes are on fire! with a set, a lot of the time. Pick it up.
Beat piece of advice bro, respectfully, just go back to then fundamentals, don't refer to guys as "fish"...you're getting a head of yourself, and besides, these guys are pur customers...you have to treat them with respect.
