You want to always get max value from an ace, or a weaker 8 in these type of hands. We are looking to increase your overall profitability here and not being result-oriented from one hand.
Whatever happens on the river, you should at least play the first two streets properly.

I would raise the flop. As played GII otr is fine, your hand is too strong to get away from.

I think as played it was kinda bad. Min raising is silly you should be raising flop for value and getting this in on the turn. It would not of changed you losing but it would of been played better and the money would of gone in when you were a huge favorite. Also not playing K8 off suit and other garbage like that would help your game.
