i throw my hand in the muck. guy show a-3 for ace high.

what the hell

i ask to show down my hand. dealer says i can't its in the muck.

floor is right there watching the game, says since villian did it on accident (he might of, he is older and does complain of not being able to see) there is nothing he can do.

You cost yourself the pot by falling for that angle. Don't do that again. Force him to show his cards before you muck yours, every time.

Sorry to hear that, OP, but the floor's call is correct, unless there's some evidence that this guy did it on purpose. Even then, he prob gets the pot, just gets 86'd for angling.
