Wanted to see if there were any major flaws with my line.
1/2

Villain is a 65 yr old wg who tries rly hard to win. On the tag side. Constantly seat changing - takes the seat of anyone who was winning in that spot before they left lol. Probably wins like 3bbs/ hr. Usually raises to either 8 or 16. When he raises to 8 i 3bet him often and he has folded 4 out of 4 times during other sessions. Seems to always be aware of flush draws - ive seen him take a bet-bet-check call line w/ 2pair when the flush draw wiffed on the river and he was good. It was a good play by him imo.

Utg limps
Villain raises to 8 in HJ ($270)
Hero calls with AJ in CO (covers)
Bb calls
Utg calls

4 ways to the flop: $32
KT7

Check, check, villain bets $17, hero calls, fold, fold,

Turn $65

KT74

Villain bets $30, hero calls

River $125

KT74Q

Villain checks, hero bets $100

Preflop i was considering 3betting since he seems to telegraph hand strength with bet sizes, but also thought AJ is a good hand to flat with otb.

Flop: I have a gut shot and bdfd. Thought a call, raise and fold were all reasonable options here. I call. Thoughts?

Turn: less good of a situation now that the bdfd wiffed, but i am 85% sure that if a flush card comes on the river, he will check and ill take it down with a bet. I am mostly unsure about this street..maybe I should just fold?

River: i got bailed out here. Time to bet big so he can bluff catch against my missed flush draws?

I'd 3B PF, but call isn't bad.

AP, fold flop. You have 2 people to act behind you on a flop that you have no piece of.

AP, fold turn. Even if you want to bluff all spades, you have 12 "outs" with no guarantee that he will fold to a bet on the river if you hit 9 of those "outs". Seems very marginal here to float.

River, agreed with large bet.

I would usually fold flop, sometimes raise with our hand. Never call.

As played just fold turn as other poster said.

Jam river.

Giving your sizing tell, you probably should 3-bet pre. Absent that tell this is a fine call.

I don't like the flop call. Head's up this would be a good spot to float, but your 4-way with 2 people left to act. If one of them calls, you'll definitely have to have the best hand to win the pot, and I don't think that happens enough here.

Fold turn. Sizing is too big with 4 real outs and 8 bluff outs.

River sizing seems fine.

Preflop 3betting is fine, like AJ plays okay calling but it's also a good hand to bluff. Winning the pot actually has a lot of value just because your equity there is fairly high, and they have to pretty bad for flatting to be better.

Call on flop can be okay, we can bluff spade turns well. I think fold/call/raise can all be good.

Turn call is fine man, it's fine. We have more bluff outs than people are saying, especially vs that size.

River size is good. I think jamming is too much. 125-150 or something can be okay I guess.

Hand WP. I would 3b pre though.

River go for the overbet. Around 170, but dont jam.

Would it matter to you if K wasn't a spade and hero didn't have As... or are you always calling AJ ott facing half pot w 200+ behind? Out another way, are you always stationing off naked nut bway gutters IP?

^ Without As I probably fold flop or turn.

Given he bet pretty small, we have better odds to call and we have quite a few cards we can bluff. Being deep helps a little bit with implied odds, but that's not the biggest factor
