Got there on the river. Do I 3b or flat this raise? Got there on the river. Do I 3b or flat this raise?

2/2 live. Hero has been at the table a couple hours. V1 is a pretty loose/passive old white guy, typical LSNL player. V2 is an older white lady. She’s a weird one. She’ll play tight for awhile, then totally spew out of no where. I’ve seen a bluff or 2 of her’s picked off, and she called down another player with AK high, no draw, so she’s all over the place. OTTH

UTG +2 raises to $8, V1 ($240) calls in HJ, V2 ($600) calls in CO, H($550)calls on BU with J10h, SB, BB call. (Pot: $48)

Flop: Qh, 9c, 2h

Checks to hero. First question, with so much equity, should I start building the pot now, and bet $25ish, or take the free card? Wasn’t sure what the play should be there. Hero checked.

Turn: 3s

Checks to V1, who bets $25. V2 calls, Hero calls. (Pot: $123)

River: 7h

V1 bets $35, V2 min raises to $70. Hero?

Can’t see much upside to 3b initially, since if V2 is spewing with a bluff, she’ll just fold. However I don’t want to lose value from a lower flush, or some weird 2p/set. Also, should V1 still to act behind us be a factor here?

Feedback is appreciated.

Bet flop for sure, AP I 3b raise riv 225ish vs bluffy lady, who knows what she can spaz call with. Not too worried about V1, given he is betting so small otr
