getting an extra bet in OTR

I was going to post this on "internet poker" but it doesn't seem like many post hands there. Ok so this is online 8handed .50/1.00 NLHE. I am eff stack vs opponent.
Hero UTG opens to $5 (majority of players in general will raise from 3$-$11) (stack $65.22, playing on auto pilot so I wasn't too worried about topping off yet) Hero has a TAG image. Hero has Ad10D
Folds around to villain in MP (stack 80.81) calls.I do not have history with this villain, but so far he is playing like a recreational that probably has some experience through playing live. He for sure though he is not a TAG, REG, or abc.
Pot: 11.50
Flop: QcKdJs (finally life is easy for a little bit lol)
In this game I always cbet the flop when i have it and when i don't. for the most part when i check i am done with the hand so in this case i decided to see what happens when i check since I'm sure he's already decided on putting money in the pot of not.
Villain bets 7.59
Hero lets maybe 5-7 seconds go by and calls (no real timing tells on me id say in fact for the most part if i take time im usually folding lol)
Pot:26.68
Turn: 9s
Hero checks again (on the turn the way the game plays its better to bet and just punish villain but because i have the nuts im just taking a different line but this shouldn't be a tell because ive checked called before and then called the turn bet and folded river so this in itself isn't a tell)
Villain bets 20.01
Hero calls
Pot: 66.70
River: 5d
Hero takes a moment to think about thin value at this point i have 37.62 behind. (i haven't been playing long enough to say I am an excellent player that has all the edges but i have some solid guidance so in the sense that i have a better grasp of how to play the game i am better than most of the player pool i come across) but i say i'll just Jam. I have made the occasional triple barrel jam the river bluff so i am sure and will keep aware to not turn this line into a tell
Villan Folds
Now i know this is small stakes and we aren't going to be deep very often but I am curious to have feedback on what amount amount may get him to call or any other ideas on how to play the hand.
I thought about betting 10,20 but then thought at this point he's either calling or not i have the nuts just jam.

Against recs there’s little benefit to balancing your checking ranges. Just bet the flop and if you’re checking, x/r.
Probably x/r shove turn too.
Don’t donk bricks. Tx probably would have bet and you’re missing the opportunity to ever stack bluffs. Nothing worse than Tx is going to call.
