General NLHE question- draws on the turn

So say I have an open-ender, flush draw, or both on the turn. I am only hitting my draw between 1 out of 4 to 6 times on the river. What sized bet can we call on the turn? Does it matter what we expect to pick up on the river if we hit?

This is an unanswerable question. It's just way too vague. Of course it matters what we estimate we can get if we hit OTR, which depends on board, V, stack sizes, action so far, etc.
Assuming the board isn't paired, you have between 13% and 32% chance of hitting. As for whether you have IOs, RIOs, FE, etc. depends on way too much to have this thread be valuable.
