Folding QQ vs. 5-bet jam?

Playing 2/5 at local casino. Sat down at table about 1 hour prior to this hand so no real information on villain other than he's been reasonably active. Seems like a good thinking player based on 3-bet sizing, etc.
My starting stack was ~$610, V has me covered
I'm UTG with QQ and make it $15. 1 caller before it gets to V on the button who 3-bets to $80. Blinds fold and I 4-bet to $215. Initial caller folds. V essentially snap shoves.
I have 2 questions:
1. Can I ever be folding here and if so what %? I feel like it's sorta a disaster to 4-bet and then fold but here's my thinking... I'm at the bottom of my UTG 4-bet range. I'm only doing this with QQ+ and AK suited. I think against a 5-bet shove I'm at best flipping and more often than not crushed.
2. If I can fold to a 5-bet should I ever be 4-betting? In other words, should I just be flatting this 3-bet OOP. I feel like this is sort of a disaster as well to be playing this pot OOP the rest of the way.
.....
I ended up folding face up. V said we would've been flipping implying he had AK. He folded face down so who really knows. I guess I'll never really know which is the magic of poker.

You need about 32% to call. You're just barely above breakeven if he does this with KK+ and half of AK combos. If you think his range is wider than this then call, if you think it's even tighter then fold.

I would not 4! but if I did I would fold to the 5! jam. Getting it AI pre with QQ is not a particularly high equity spot. It's a high variance (probably slightly losing) spot at this stack depth.
Also, you are UTG and he is 3! an open from that position (albeit from the BTN - but people can get big hands from any position). He should be quite strong.
