Villain is super lag and aggro as hell, yet thinking and calculating. I don't have huge history with him but he stacked me earlier this evening when I had 750 in front of me. See hand titled KK post flop for details.
Hero is dealt AcKd off **** in the BB. Folded to Villain who makes it 35 from CO. Hero flats.
Flop comes Kh 6s 5s. Pot is 72. Villain bets 65 and Hero calls.
Turn comes 6c. Pot is 202. Villain bets 175. Hero calls.
River comes 6d. Pot is 552. Hero checks and Villain bets 750.
Hero?
So we are calling hoping for a chop? I think we really need to know if he has bet sizing tells. When has he been pulling back his aggression? Or is he seriously just barreling every street?
As played that is a terrible river card for your hand IMO. You are no longer beating Kx which was a big part of his range that we beat. 6x would be pretty sick here or AA. Problem is we have to call 750 more to to win only half the pot. I think depending on any certain reads that he would actually do this with air some of the time and we could win more this is a call. But if we are calling expecting to chop most of the time and being crushed the rest this is a fold IMO.
I don't think calling for a chop is worth it here. him polarizing his range makes it tough though. Its not impossible for him to have AA or 6x.
