Button is 30 ish white guy with a beer. Looks like a recreational player. Has been at the table for about 1 hour hasn't really gotten involved post flop but is playing quite a few hands preflop.
Did see him bet all 3 streets with AK on a KQTQ2 board with flush completing on the river.

Hero has mostly been folding preflop since table opened

Hero has $340 and button covers

Fish MP limps, hero raises 75 in CO to $15. Button calls.

Flop ($45)
582
Co checks. Hero bets $30. Button calls. Co folds.

Turn $105

T

Hero bets $60. Button makes it $200.

Not really interested in fold preflop discussions. After a few hours of 0 playable hands 75 suited looked pretty good.

With stack sizes I think we just have to get it in here. Especially if villain previously bet all 3-streets with AK on KQTQ2 with flush on board.

Hope he has 2p or set. If not, reloaddd.

Gross, but not folding. He could have a worse flush (64 or 43), he could have Ah8 or something, he could have set or two pair.

You can probably let it go. Any set likely raises the flop. There’s minimal worse flushes possible and the described player probably has all Axs and some/all Kxs.

The only hand I see “value raising” from villain’s perspective is TT but that’s only 3 combos.

I'd fold based on player description. My main concern is some rec players over value 1p + nut flush draw.

What's the saying... if you are going to fold your hand after you hit the board like this then why play the hand in the first place? Well, that's a bunch of horse crap. The opposite is true. If you aren't able to get away from your hand after smashing a board like this then you really have no business playing these small suited connectors.

I've not played in these games where players raise their sets and two pair after the flush hits but I'm not denying they exist...I just haven't seen this in the games I've played in.

Seems like a trivial fold to me. It sucks that we beat some flushes. You can also consider taking a check/call line with these baby flush hands. Vs nitty players sometimes I'll check call turn and then bet/fold river (stack size dependent). That looks pretty bluffy like I called turn with a flush draw and vs a nit I know I'll never lose more money than I bet because they will only raise the river with the nut flush.
